inCruises International lawsuits
inCruises initiated four different legal proceedings in Russia against Internet sites that published false and defamatory information about the inCruises business. The company has already received positive results in two of these processes!
The first positive decision was received in the case against extinvest.com, in which the Moscow Arbitration Court ruled that the allegations used in the article that inCruises is a "financial pyramid" and a fraudulent scheme are slander and deception.
The second positive decision was received in the case, which was initiated against navika.pro and the author Vera Asparova. In this case, the Arbitration Court of the Sverdlovsk Region recognized as false and libel the statements used in the article, claiming or implying that inCruises is a deception, fraud and violates the law. As a result, the Court decided to remove the article and publish a refutation on it.
Bruce Murdoch General Counsel for Legal Affairs says: "There are other defamation claims pending in other courts, and we are expecting a positive outcome as well."
In total, a large number of lawsuits have been opened not only in Russia, but also around the world from inCruises International against publishers and YouTubers for spreading slander.
