Rip off site! They don't return money back after cancelation!

I had horrible experience with this site! I purchased tickets thru this site, and my concert were canceled, then next day they decide postponed and move to new date in year and half. Who's going to wait for that so long? I requested Seatgeek return my money back. Seatgeek started manipulates customers' money in every possible way by creating different promo codes whiteout my permission. I never told them to do this, but they did by themself. Then in half year my future concert canceled officially. I noticed Seetgeeks customer's service, but they said I have been created promo code and they won't return my money even after cancelation. 465 dollars my credit they still keep on site and won't return. I don't want use that site anymore and requested return my money back!
I will go to the court and will sue this site. I think that in this way they have deceived many people and are holding other people's money.
Rip off company! Stay away from them.
